Thermal Transfer Printing

There are some fabrics that are more suited to different styles of printing. For these, we have our own in house thermal transfer system. This involves designs or text being digitally cut on an ink laminate and heat bonded on to garments.

It is a process of particular use for nylon based fabrics that cannot be printed using water based inks and also for individual names and numbers that may be required.
