Image Scotland Limited - Sales Advisor

The Image Scotland Group is a diverse set of businesses based in Musselburgh, East Lothian. We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to work as part of our established sales team.

The role is a permanent, full time position, that is customer facing and involves the handling of sales related customer inquiries via the telephone, email or in person. The successful applicant should be PC literate, be comfortable working within a team or on their own and have excellent organisational skills.

A high level of customer service and after sales experience is essential for this position and the individual should be capable of generating their own sales leads. You should have good communication skills and, although not essential, previous experience in a sales or customer service environment would be a distinct advantage.

The position is full time and is based in our office and production centre in Musselburgh. This is easily reached by car (free parking is available immediately outside), by bus (Lothian service numbers 26, 30, 44 and 45; Firstbus service numbers 6, 44, 66, 124, 129, 133, 140, 141, 142) or train (Musselburgh railway station is nearby).

Some information relating to the role is detailed below -

• Our normal working week is 37½ hours around the core hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
• We offer 24 days paid annual leave and 4 days of customary holidays, December 25th & 26th, January 1st & 2nd.
• We supply branded company clothing.
• We run a non-contributory stakeholder pension scheme.
