We are the only approved repair agent for Jack Wolfskin, Macpac, Wild Rover, Osprey, McKinley and Eagle Creek in the UK and Ireland however we offer a repair service for any make of rucsac manufactured in the World!

Our normal repair time is between two and three weeks, if you need your repair carried out urgently you could consider our express service which guarantees a two day turnaround for a 50% premium over our normal prices.
