Image Logistics is committed to offering the best level of customer service possible to all of our clients. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the level of service being provided, or if you wish to escalate an existing query, please contact us by telephone on 0131 665 1414. All complaints and escalations are handled by the line manager of the original employee who was working on the issue, or by the managing director.

We're also committed to the responsible use of the services we provide to our clients and employees. If you'd like to speak to us about misuse of any service we provide please email abuse@imagelogistics.co.uk with the details of the incident. You will receive an initial response within 3 working days.
